April 23, 2025Don’t expect your security deposit back. I took very good care of my apartment, had it professionally cleaned when i moved out. They saw some tiny carpet stain, which prompted them to tear up the carpet, they found a bunch of stains that they determined was pet damage. My cat was very clean and never had an accident. Those stains were likely there before i moved in. They also say they are non smoking, however, my neighbors smoked and it absolutely stunk in my apartment. Amazing Place to Live!!!
August 7, 2022I love our apartment! We have been here a year and it is great! The neighborhood is very welcoming and as soon as we lived in all the neighbors said hi, it’s one of those places where you go on a walk and say hello to everyone you pass. I love that it is dog friendly, our fur baby has lots of friends! Maintenance is quick at responding and fixing issues. Sound is minimal, I almost never hear our neighbors!Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Home!
March 16, 2021Foxcroft has very spacious apartments! The fireplace is great in the winter to make your home feel warm and cozy. The washer/dryer in unit is a huge plus. My dog Cricket has a home here too. There is all kinds of green space for walks. We are so content here. Cricket and I highly recommend Foxcroft Apartments!Property Manager Responded

Horriable Place to Live!
October 1, 2017Horriable place to live!! This was the worst apartment complex I have rented from. I lived here a few years ago and moved in to an apartment in August and never renewed a lease we moved out. I put in a request when I first moved in to fix my window and no one ever came. It took them forever to fix a washer and our garbage disposal and to also unclog a bathtub. They are not quick about any repairs that need to be made! Their Property Manager at the time I believe his name was Rick was an ...person. He would walk around with his shirt unbuttoned and his chest hair and gold chains hanging out it was disgusting and unprofessional! He should not to be in management. These apartments also have electric heat and the apartments are insulated horribly. Your electric bill I'll run you a good $300 every single month. Save your self some money and do not print here! There are other fantastic places between Green Bay and Appleton. My recommendation is to rent someplace else! Don't live here!Property Manager Responded

Don't expect your deposit back
January 3, 2013Mantience will not come to your apartment no matter how many times you ask. The useless staff makes promises they cannot keep. And you will not get your deposit back even if they have to make stuff up to keep it.Property Manager Responded
