Don’t expect your security deposit back. I took very good care of my apartment, had it professionally cleaned when i moved out. They saw some tiny carpet stain, which prompted them to tear up the carpet, they found a bunch of stains that they determined was pet damage. My cat was very clean and never had an accident.
