Horrible Living
March 6, 2022Management does nothing about noise, always smells like weed, trash everywhere, no parking because visitors, balcony rotten wood, constant loud music, not good for families or working people. This place is trash, but Amanda the manager will tell you everything you want to hear to get you moved in. Worst mistake I have ever made!Property Manager Responded

Overall a very unpleasant living experience.
April 29, 2021Expect to overpay for covered parking because there is hardly enough parking for everyone. The lot is always overfilled. Expect overflowing dumpsters and liter everywhere. (Found hypodermic needle, food wrappers and cups, full boxes of pizza thrown on the ground and over the foot bridges outside the patio space.) Noisy neighbors. Smelly, smokey (skunked weed) neighbors who set their garbage out in the halls and don't take it to the dumpster for days at a time. Old, musty cabinetry that is warped ...and shelves fall from their pegs. Old, cheap appliances. Dishwasher never got anything clean. Loud furnace/air conditioning unit, not energy efficient. Expect higher than expected energy cost even keeping it a low 65 degrees. Shower tile was painted and chipping. Totally weird and a cheap cover up. Maintenance crew was helpful and kind, unfortunately they could keep up after the sloppy neighbors and their litter. The office crew was lazy and unhelpful. Foxfire Apartments is great
October 8, 2015I just moved into this apartment this summer. I like the area and how close it is to my school. I love having the fireplace and i can't wait to use it this winter. Everyone is friendly. I haven't had any problems really. I also love that i can have my pets here. i have a cat and she loves to look out on the porch which is also a nice thing to have when it's nice outside.Review from Apartments.com
