RUDE MANAGEMENT
June 3, 2024I called this place wanting to ask if they had availability and no answer, so i spent the next 2 weeks calling a few times a day to see if they'd ever answer with no luck. Finally i drove up there and was greeted with a "closed Thursday-Monday" for memorial day weekend. I get there Tuesday at 12:30 and see a sign that say's "be back soon" with a clock pointing to 1:00, so i said ok ill wait. The rude lady who is the manager got there half an hour late and told me they have 1 available on ...saturday. So i said ok, can i come in on saturday since your voicemail says available tours on weekends by appointment, she says no she doesnt feel like doing that. Ok so i come back on monday and she tells me with the most attitude a person has ever given me that they've sold out. TERRIBLE experience trying to get a place here.
