Still Here after 10 Years
October 15, 2019I have been living here at Fox Haven for 10 plus years and I am very content living here.. I feel very safe in our community and the grounds are always taken care of. The office is very friendly and I have been through a few Property Managers and Maintenance Personal and all were wonderful..Whenever there was an issue with the maintenance part of the apartment, it was taken care of within 2 days. The Pool is a wonderful thing in the summer and it is kept very clean. The reason I gave 4 stars is ...because the apartments are very old and need updating. All in all this is a good place to lay your head at night and get a good night sleep. The most important of all is that the Rent is very affordable..PattiProperty Manager Responded

Roaches
February 8, 2019I just signed my lease and I was told I will be getting a more updated unit but the day of move in I found out that was a lie and to top it all off they have roaches over . I started seeing roaches the night I moved in . I had to call Orkin .Property Manager Responded
February 12, 2019Hi Darvonna - We understand that nobody wants to deal with pests. While an occasional pest is something we all have to deal with, regardless of where we live, there are certainly different degrees of pest issues. We have checked your apartment several times since you made us aware of your concerns and we have been unable to find evidence of an infestation. However, we will continue to follow up to make sure that, whether it is Orkin or our pest control company, the apartment has been thoroughly treated and it is confirmed that no infestation exists.

FANCY FREE FOXHAVEN
August 14, 2015Living in foxhaven apts. has been a pleasure.This was my first apartment and home by myself with my 3year old daughter and it was a great choice. I love the community , my neighbors, and the MRG falculty .its quiet and convenient for my commute to work and to other attractions in the city of Memphis and MS.
