I’ve lived here a while for a reason
March 4, 2025Been staying here since 2016 and it’s absolutely lovely! Great location, feel safe and secure, and the staff is always very helpful when needed, especially 24 hour maintenance and when they let us drop a package to the office for pick up. Great Location
September 7, 2024Good community of people from my experience, and the location is great for a couple if reasons. One, you are right next to the bike path and skunk creek. Two that you are just a few blocks from Hyvee, and Lake Lorraine. Easy access to shopping, but the complex is tucked in enough that you can walk out your door and feel separated from the town around you.Review from Apartments.com

Excellent property
July 22, 2021I’ve been renting here for 3 years and just signed for another year. My experience here has been nothing but positive. The staff is incredible including the maintenance staff. My apartment is perfect and overlooks Skunk creek and the bike path. My Bank, salon, dentist, grocery store and Dr. are all within 6 blocks which means living here is super convenient. I’m also close to tons of shopping with Lake Lorraine and the Mall right around the corner. Overall I would give 5 stars!Review from Apartments.com
Great Apartment Complex
August 25, 2020I've been at Foxmoor for seven years...nice place, safe, friendly people. Good response from maintenance. Many apartments offer open views, some of Skunk Creek and the bike paths. Just a short drive from a nice Hy-Vee grocery.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t sign the lease
November 17, 2019I would give this place negative stars if I could. Terrible place to live unless you are loud and do drugs because then you should live here. I was told by the property manager that they only “evict” people if they are not paying rent. This complex is a joke, they have numerous hidden fees that they do not tell you until after you move in. The management does not help you when you have issues with neighbors. My neighbors smoked marijuana while I was living here and they did nothing to solve the ...issue or evict them. In all honesty they only care about getting you into a lease with them and then they don’t care about you anymore.Property Manager Responded

May 15, 2018Great place to live - very friendly staff, and amenities are great ( 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool/ spa, movie theater and gym). Property is very well up kept and neighbors are quiet. Also very fast to respond to maintenance request. Deposit is higher then most apartments that I have lived in, but I was very pleased how much I got back. As long as you follow the paper they give you, and keep the apartment in good shape, they will give you most of your deposit back - basic carpet cleaning ...fees. Quiet, clean, and friendly!
March 28, 2018I've lived here for several years, and plan on renewing when my lease expires. The amenities are incredible and include gyms, a theater room, community room, indoor and outdoor pools, underground/garage parking, and soft water. The bike trails are just outside the property and connect two parks across the street. The staff is kind, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Honestly, that alone is why I continue to renew. I love living here. It's clean, well maintained, and the ...units are sound insulated, so I only hear my neighbors when I'm outside of my apartment.
