May 27, 2018I have lived in Foxpointe Townhomes for 5 years. When I first singed my lease in 1993 I LOVED this place. It met my needs with 3 bedrooms and the awesome schools of North Farmington - It's a great day to be a Raider and Hillside elementary. The leasing agent Sandy is awesome and knows her stuff. She is outgoing, friendly and has honestly become a good friend of mine. The maintenance staff is awesome - always fixing my problems within the same day or next. However, the grounds and general ...maintenance of the outside of the units suck!!! I have been told for 5 years they are fixing the landscaping. For 5 years I have purchased my own mulch, grass seed, flowers, etc. My place looks awesome. My 2 neighbors have jumped on the bandwagon and our row of townhomes look amazing. It only takes a few hours and some hard work. Check out the property - you can definitely pick out the people who care about their surroundings. I'm moving out in August - can't stand the trashy landscaping and the outside look of the units. Is all we need is PAINT!! PSS - the pictures of the outside do NOT look like this - they are super OLD photos!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
