Stay away
March 12, 2022There is usually animal waste in the halls, on the stairs. Vomit, trash. The hallways usually smell of such. They wait until after the temperatures drop below freezing to turn on the boilers for the heat, then they turn them down long before temperatures rise above freezing. It's 10 degrees today and I can't heat my apartment. The windows are old and drafty. I'm cold, thank you management...Review from Apartments.com
I recommend living here
September 23, 2020The apartments are nice and big. The price is good. They do get things fixed right away when you call it into the manager. Manager is helpful if you have any problems with your rent. They have done a good job of getting rid of bad renters. I would recommend living here.Review from Apartments.com
Never live here
August 7, 2020They except anybody which sounds good until you find out the rent out to felons and meth heads. The garages flood and get broken into weekly. Nothing here gets fixed. If you try to move out the property manager will not give your security deposit back even though nothing is wrong with your apartment and will take you to court over it. The maintenance is terrible and if you try to say something needs fixed they try to charge you for it. Never rent an apartment here, ever.Review from Apartments.com
