August 11, 2025The staff is very friendly. They respond promptly to any maintenance or other issues. The food trucks are very nice. The occasional free breakfast burritos, donuts or nachos and drinks are appreciated. The pool is very nice and the gym is excellent. Neighbors are friendly. July 17, 2025This is a brand-new build, and I love the area we're in! Great apartment and very quiet neighbors (minus the upstairs dog who barks his head off lol, but it's okay). Super clean and haven't had much trouble. If any, the maintenance team is quick and handy :) I also love that the apartment staff is always super nice and hosts various food trucks, including tacos, for the community; it's a nice touch. The apartments are incredibly spacious, with a layout that feels open and comfortable. Even though I’m still settling in, it already feels like home. The finishes are modern, the natural light is fantastic, and there’s plenty of storage—which was a big plus for me while unpacking. One of the things that stood ...out to me right away was the responsiveness of the management team. April 9, 2025My move in process was very smooth. I received my keys day of with no issues. The apartment complex is fairly quiet which I like. Location wise it’s close the the highways so easy for me to get around and to work without taking the tollway.Property Manager Responded

April 5, 2025I love how it’s new but there are some downsides because of it. Not all of the amenities are finished like the pool. I love the color concept of the apartment, light tan floors with white cabinets. Building 2 is pretty quiet. There is one thing I have noticed is if it’s raining a lot or there’s a bad storm, the apartment looses electricity.Property Manager Responded
