The resident experience has been fairly good. I don’t like the loudness of the location I am in. The road is next to my windows and isn’t peaceful at all. The windows don’t seem sealed tightly enough to take out the noise factor. I would love for that to be resolved in some kind of way. Also, my upstairs neighbor who I have complained about one time is very much heavy footed and it’s very disruptive considering the construction of the building is probably a factor.

Everything about this apartment is Amazing! Everybody is very nice. The gym and pool is great. Everybody is very respectful. Maintenance come the same day too and that is something that I appreciate.

The staff is very friendly. They respond promptly to any maintenance or other issues. The food trucks are very nice. The occasional free breakfast burritos, donuts or nachos and drinks are appreciated. The pool is very nice and the gym is excellent. Neighbors are friendly. Overall a very good experience living here.

This is a brand-new build, and I love the area we're in! Great apartment and very quiet neighbors (minus the upstairs dog who barks his head off lol, but it's okay). Super clean and haven't had much trouble. If any, the maintenance team is quick and handy :) I also love that the apartment staff is always super nice and hosts various food trucks, including tacos, for the community; it's a nice touch. The gym is great, as well as the pool area!
