I highly recommend the franklin commons community because the property managment and staff are amazing and very professional! The units are beautiful and spacious! All appliances are up to date and the property is well taken care of from maintenance to housekeeping that cleans the open hallways! The community is friendly, clean and quiet! Highly recommend!!! Franklin Commons is a wonderful community. The apartments and grounds are lovely and the location in Franklin is convenient to two train stations as well as retail establishments and restaurants. The complex is perfect for families with children with lots of open space. All ages live here which is wonderful. Neighbors are friendly and people care about their neighbors.

Franklin Commons is a wonderful community. The office staff is very easy to work with and care about the residents. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and take care of any issues. Wonderful Apartment

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a little over a year now. We love our apartment. We have a two bedroom with two bathrooms and in unit washer and dryer and especially in this market it is a great price for what we get. The staff are wonderful too, and very responsive. In general I also think Franklin is a great town, and this is a good location, close to stores and a short drive or longer walk from downtown.
