Excellent place to live. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and very clean. Maintenance comes quick if you need them. Inspections are done yearly to make sure property stays up to code. Trash is kept away cleanly.

after being a resident of many years, I’ve noticed and very large downfall in the complex. Management is always changing and one of the maintenance men are very rude and will come in to the apartment with no warning! When I first moved in the area was very nice and I was comfortable to walk around, now the neighbors are all very rude and have no respect for others. Pool is always getting shut down for vandalism and is not a safe or fun place to be when it is open. Management does nothing about ...

The property may be nice but this place is worn down. Noisy and rude neighbors. Management is always changing. If you like the middle of nowhere this is for you. The only place you get free money orders is PLs because you pay in office they charge you $13 and no online pay. Lights always going out. They control your porch lights which drives up the bill and caused a HUGE spider problem at night.
