May 9, 2023Lived here for 2 years now without a single issue besides other tenants (only small problems with them too like peoples car alarms going off but that will happen literally everywhere). Something breaks and needs fixing? They took care of it same day (as long as the office was open). The sound proofing between apartments is fantastic. I've only heard when things specifically slam on the ground above me, but never voices or stuff like that even though there are kids (unless they are outside ...because obviously windows can't be completely soundproof). The internet has been great and consistent with no serious problems getting it setup when we moved in, though that's more of a review of our local ATnT but I feel that's relevant. Really the landlord has been super chill and cool, but still responsive about important issues. Really glad to have found this place when we were on short notice back then. August 6, 2020I called a couple of times over a few of weeks & they never answered the phone. Finally got someone & made an appointment to come see a model unit the following day. Showed up for my appointment (at 4pm) & the office was closed. I left a voicemail & never heard back. Not only are they unprofessional by standing up appointments but if the office is always closed (even though it says 9-5) I can only imagine what they’re like if you’re a tenant.Review from Apartments.com
Excellent and Affordable place to live!
September 4, 2019My husband and I have been living at Franklin Palmer Apartments for almost 1 year. This has been a comfortable and affordable place to live. Although the buildings are dated, Princeton Management is doing a great job to maintain the buildings and update the units. Amenities are pretty basic but there are no extra fees for facilities that aren’t being utilized. The location is very convenient for shopping, schools, community center, healthcare, and expressways. Great Apartment
May 7, 2019I have been living at Franklin Palmer for almost a year and I am extremely satisfied. The inside is updated, clean and well maintained and outside snow removal was great. The best in Canton
October 17, 2018I have been living in Franklin Palmer Apartments in 1BHK for almost 2 years now. I do not have any issues with the management. They are very quick in fixing any problem. A good, safe, and quiet place to live
April 2, 2018In the 11 years I have lived here, any issues I have had with the apt have been taken care of promptly by the maintenance staff, who, by the way, have been here.almost as long as I have. Margaret, the property manager, is a very kind and caring person who does everything she can to accommodate your needs. Don't look anywhere else!
March 7, 2018I'm living here since June of 2011, I have nothing but positive reviews for this place. Management is very nice and friendly, rent is affordable, cheaper than all other similar apartments in 48188. Heat, water, trash pick-up, landscaping, and snow clean-up is included in the rent. Maintenance is free and generally fix issues within a day. After living for more than 5 years in a single apartment, the management willingly upgraded my kitchen floor, bathroom (paint, floor, shower faucet) and ...carpet cleaning for absolutely FREE!! A place which we call a 'Home'
July 22, 2015When a person works for a full day and when he returns home, what more does s/he want than a peaceful place to live. If you are really looking for a place, where you can feel the peace and nature together, your search has come to an end. This is a place which is very beautifully designed and has tried to cover the maximum benefits one would look for when he searches a Good place to live. The Apartment offers not only the good Home, but all the necessary amenities are taken care. The best ...locality, the Pool area, the parking space, backyard space, Picnic area etc are coming as a wonderful addition when you look up to these apartments. Moreover Kroger, Walmart, gas stations are within one mile radius. The leasing conditions are also pretty manageable and affordable. All in all when you really enter into the property, you could feel the warmth with which it is built. :) The people staying here are also very helpful and warm.
