Lived here for 2 years now without a single issue besides other tenants (only small problems with them too like peoples car alarms going off but that will happen literally everywhere).
Something breaks and needs fixing? They took care of it same day (as long as the office was open).
The sound proofing between apartments is fantastic. I've only heard when things specifically slam on the ground above me, but never voices or stuff like that even though there are kids (unless they are outside ...
because obviously windows can't be completely soundproof).
The internet has been great and consistent with no serious problems getting it setup when we moved in, though that's more of a review of our local ATnT but I feel that's relevant.
Really the landlord has been super chill and cool, but still responsive about important issues. Really glad to have found this place when we were on short notice back then. It's been better than I hoped.
