I have been here a week & was told that roaches are not a valid reason to break a lease. This property is happy to take your money & trap you into a lease. Not one time were roaches or infestations mentioned before signing. They will keep telling you about an exterminator. IT DOES NOT WORK for the amount of roaches in this property! ...

Hollie is the property manager at this complex and she is truly amazing! She is always there to assist the residents in any way that she can. She especially goes above and beyond for the senior citizens as well as some of less fortune tenants that live here because she genuinely cares about them. This property had a lot of issues in the past. Been here for several years. The new management and staff that came in are great. They have really turned the building around. They respond very quickly to any problems. They have taken care of most of the issues. It is now a secure, access controlled building. The property manager and other tenants were very kind to me. They didn't bother charging me a app fee and reserved a room I wanted even before i put down the security deposit.
