ROACHES! Roaches & More Roaches
December 19, 2024Please don’t move here! This property is infested with roaches & the property manager DOES NOT CARE! I’m just warning the public. Keep your money & go somewhere else. I have been here a week & was told that roaches are not a valid reason to break a lease. This property is happy to take your money & trap you into a lease. Not one time were roaches or infestations mentioned before signing. They will keep telling you about an exterminator. IT DOES NOT WORK for the amount of roaches in this property! ...If you are a hard working person & want a decent place to stay. She especially goes above and beyond for the senior citizens as well as some of less fortune tenants that live here because she genuinely cares about them. New management, awesome staff
January 18, 2022This property had a lot of issues in the past. Been here for several years. The new management and staff that came in are great. They have really turned the building around. They respond very quickly to any problems. They have taken care of most of the issues. It is now a secure, access controlled building. The whole area is being improved, renovated and it is set to become the "trolley district". Children's hospital is buying up the area. Close to several hospitals and several schools. They are always helpful and willing to do the best they can with in reason. They have cleaned up a lot. October 11, 2018I am a current resident at the West Bexley Apartments. This is a great property! We have recently come under new management. Since our new property manager Anise has taken over there has been nothing but positive improvements! The building is cleaner and looks nicer. We also have a new maintenance staff - they respond very quickly to work orders, and are very thorough and efficient. The leasing office staff is very professional and polite and has been very helpful. I would recommend this place to ...everyone! Very affordable housing -Especially with the current move in deal they have (1/2 security deposit and first months' rent) The building is clean. Maintenance has great response time. December 14, 2017The property manager and other tenants were very kind to me. They didn't bother charging me a app fee and reserved a room I wanted even before i put down the security deposit. The room was very spacious and clean. Minor repairs were needed.( which they addressed quickly.)
