May 15, 2026Maintenance and Behavior I have been living here for the past 3 years, and unfortunately my experience with the maintenance and management has not been good. The staff are not flexible with residents’ concerns and often do not communicate properly. Many times, they respond with sarcasm, make jokes instead of addressing issues seriously, and seem very impatient while answering phone calls or questions. The building maintenance is also disappointing. The stairs are rarely kept clean, and there is ...often a bad smell while walking through the corridors. We were told that the entire place would be rebuilt and improved, but over the years I have not seen any noticeable changes or improvements in the older buildings behind. Overall, the management needs to improve both resident communication and property maintenance.Property Manager Responded

April 30, 2026Gap in Window screen Handled great. The maintenance guy let me know that what happens to my screen basically happens to a lot of people. He then suggested I put tape on it ;electrical. I asked him if he had any tape. He did and proceeded to get it. He taped it up nicely for me. I also showed him what I thought was a plumbing issue ad he said I should let you all know immediately.
