July 21, 2024Me and my family moved in a few months ago. I can honestly say I highly recommend this community if you’re looking for peace and space. The office is responsive whenever I call someone answers the phone. October 13, 2022Heat doesn't have an actual meter so they can add the amount to whom they choose.. Inspection letter for the tenant to pay for the unit is unacceptable (every tenant must apply in order to receive service) One tenant in the building 8 below was able to make a mistake leaving her gas on clearing the building on several occasions even causing me to become ill without a violation. The mold and mildew smell becomes horrific they must empty the sewer drain more often get dehumidifier I had to use ...a water filter and pitcher to use the water. Living made liveable & enjoyable
September 15, 2021I absolutely love this apartment community. The staff (Miss Tina, Miss Sara & Sam) is always helpful, courteous, and receptive. The rooms are spacious and ample for a family of two in their 2-bedroom. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to add 1 more washer & dryer to the laundry room. Sharing a w/d for 8 families can be a bit of a challenge. But for some reason, our building works it out. Convenient to CVS, Charter One Bank, party stores, gas stations, Los Tres Amigos/restaurants, ...fast-food all within walking distance. The ceiling fans throughout the apartment are a very nice touch. Refer a friend or someone who you don't mind living near.
