Nuisance neighbors
June 19, 2017I visited my friend who resides at this apartment bldg. Nice location and building however the building is not well installated. The neighbor above my friend allows their child to run none stop Morning to night and nothing is done about it. My friend informed me they complained to Managment and nothing was said or done until they banged on the ceiling as a way to let the neighbors know that they were being a nuisance. Management claimed this was a threatening behavior on my friends behalf. I ...don't visit as much anymore because the issue has continued.
