March 8, 2022I really have enjoyed living here. I feel safe, and enjoy the community. the best part is any maintenance is taken care of immediately, and I NEVER feel like A bother. Amazing Place To Live
October 26, 2018I have lived in the Walnut Dr apartments for over 8 years Any maintenance requests, questions, concerns, or comments are handled. Apartments are well maintained, exellent hot heat and cold a/c, plus a piece of mind knowing you are in a quiet neighborhood surrounded with friendly people. Landlord does ask tenants to keep on top of ac filter changing. We are very happy here.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible!
June 24, 2018Units are on of top very busy railroad tracks which go by every 15 minutes. Very noisy and dusty because of train traffic. Tiny kitchens with old appliances. Landlords keep increasing rents(twice in one year) without making improvements. You are expected to make repairs to their old heating/cooling units. Shady. Stay away.Property Manager Responded
