November 26, 2024The apartment that we moved into is newly renovated and all the appliances are new, in which we loved. The staff was very helpful in getting us situated. This was a very pleasant and easy experience. The only thing is, they need to come spray for bugs every week or every other week. Other than that, everything is good.Review from Apartments.com

Not as bad as it seems
September 17, 2017I like my apartment. The office staff were very friendly and they are more than willing to address all concerns especially Kyle and Annette. As far as pest control, we are responsible as well. I bomb my apartment regular and take the trash out etc. As a community I am responsible to help keep my apartment clean.Review from Apartments.com
good luck with this place
May 9, 2016been here since feb. the 2nd day i was living here, my faucet in the kitchen broke ( i replaced it myself with a nicer one). the updated parts of the apartment are the appliances, and vinyl woodfloor. carpet is older but steamed cleaned nicely. the cabinets in the kitchen are outdated and there isnt very much storage for your dishes and groceries. the front door doesnt seem too secure it feels flimsy, and the inside deadbolt has a big gap on the inside of the door. the toilet in the master room ...constantly runs. the sliding screen door gets stuck so you have to fight with it to open ive been seeing baby roaches in my apartment but its probably cause my downstairs neighbors are filthy. if you are more than 4 days late on your rent, you can forget about the office accepting any payment plan from you, nope....all you should expect is eviction papers and a good luck in court from the office. we moved in on a $1 move in plus deposit and other fees and instead of letting us pay the prorate for the 1st month and the $1 the second month, my rent payment was due less than a week later. you have to make it past the assistant manager to even step foot in the managers office. so if you choose to live here....good luckRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
