Horrible office handling.
February 4, 2022The office has failed multiple times with its residents. The office won’t do anything about theft/ property damage done by other peoples kids because they claim there’s no cameras and since they don’t know who the children were or what apartment they are from they refused to do anything about it. We’ve already been here for a few months now and since day one we’ve dealt with RIDICULOUSLY loud disrespectful neighbors and I’ve made MULTIPLE complaints day and night (they are loud and stomping from ...6am all the way til 2am sometimes). Yet office has done absolutely nothing to correct this issue. When we first tried making reports at night through their security; the security company never answered the phones at all. Literally would call 5 times in a row and the security company wouldn’t answer a single one nor would they return the call.Property Manager Responded
