February 6, 2026If the answer is yes, then this is the place for you!! Thanks to crappy old buildings built in 1962, you will hear every whisper, every step your upstairs neighbors take. FORGET ABOUT SLEEP for the next 12-13 months. The right to quiet enjoyment? That doesn’t exist here. Despite of it, the rent will keep increasing because somebody’s pockets are NEVER full.
