January 15, 2025Fremont Commons likes to tout the complex as "elite" and "high end." Those claims are false. While the apartments in general are newer and nice, the complex management is filled with hypocritical idiots who will try to screw anyone who moves out with hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in fake, fraudulent fees and bills for alleged repairs or cleaning of units. This has been going on a long time now, 18 months or more, and seemed to increase when the complex was taken over by Pure Property ...Management. Many good, professional and responsible tenants who moved out were billed thousands of dollars in fake repairs months after they left - including me. There is also rampant illegal drug use, as well as illegal drug dealers throughout the complex - most are athletes at Midland University. If you have kids, stay away. The complex staff is also petty and breaks all the rules that tenants can be fined for - notably smoking on property. Maintenance staff regularly smoke on site, including in club house, and nothing is done. If a tenant is alleged to have smoked, it is a $750 fine. Terrible management and you will lose all deposits and face a terrible battle after they fradulently try to seek hundreds or thousands of dollars in repair bills.Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2024My husband and I have been living here for about 4 months now. The Fremont Commons is a super nice apartment complex! The buildings are all locked with fob/code access which is nice. The walking trail in the middle of the apartment buildings is perfect to walk. The pool and clubhouse are nice to utilize. Whenever we've had any issues of something that needs fixed within our apartment, their staff is always quick to solve them. October 3, 2024We have lived here since May and have really enjoyed our time here! Our apartment is perfect for our little family. We had two minor issues thus far one with our AC, and one with our closet, maintenance resolved the issues very efficiently! We also enjoy the pool and the bar!
