Great place to start out or to downsize
September 13, 2025I've been here 2yrs, the staff is friendly and caring. Repairs are done in a timely manner. Close to everything. Fremont Street Experience is in walking distance or a short ride in a vehicle, so is the Container Park Pool is refreshing. on-site laundry. Great office staff
July 29, 2023The property management team is super friendly and helpful. They are always happy to answer any questions you might have. They have a good pest control and landscapers. I have a cat and they are a cat-friendly complex which to me made them a very great place to live from the get-go. I really liked how when we moved in they gave us a brand new welcome mat. Beware Porch Pirates
July 29, 2023It's a nice place to live. They used to accept packages at the leasing office but with all of the constant turnover, they are too lazy now to do so. Packages are placed at your doorstep and often stolen. Aside from that it's a nice place to live.Property Manager Responded

July 24, 2023Very nice place to stay. Really nice staff and so friendly and helpful. Because I am not good with all this nee way to do things, the ladies in the office, especially Jennifer, helped me with my lease agreement, setting up my electric account, my rental insurance and my Smart TV set up. The ladies all worked with me to get internet into my apartment. I go to them for everything and they are always willing to do whatever they can to help. The Freemont Villas are quiet and a great place to stay ...for the price. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation. I love living here and I feel safe. Value priced fresh start apartments
July 19, 2023I’ve lived in Fremont Villas since February and the community is quaint. Secured complex and safe for the area it’s in.
