Could’ve been 5 stars
March 10, 2026I was very surprised at how quiet it is at night. Got great neighbors & the help I received from daisy and the rest of her staff was above and beyond during the renting process. Gave you 4 stars because it said that a microwave was one of the amenities. There was no microwave in my unit. Not happy!! I’m kidding. No but for reals, there was no microwave. Besides that, my experience with the whole process from start to finish, was Amazing!!!!!!!!Review from Apartments.com

Great place to start out or to downsize
September 13, 2025I've been here 2yrs, the staff is friendly and caring. Repairs are done in a timely manner. Close to everything. Fremont Street Experience is in walking distance or a short ride in a vehicle, so is the Container Park Pool is refreshing. on-site laundry. Great office staff
July 29, 2023The property management team is super friendly and helpful. They are always happy to answer any questions you might have. They have a good pest control and landscapers. I have a cat and they are a cat-friendly complex which to me made them a very great place to live from the get-go. I really liked how when we moved in they gave us a brand new welcome mat. Beware Porch Pirates
July 29, 2023It's a nice place to live. They used to accept packages at the leasing office but with all of the constant turnover, they are too lazy now to do so. Packages are placed at your doorstep and often stolen. Aside from that it's a nice place to live.Property Manager Responded
