The property and maintenance are always well maintained. There are great amenities- a pool, a courtyard to have cookouts and for kids to play, a gym and a mail room for packages. Is close to the local library that offers an assortment of programs for children, adults & seniors. Community offers a vibrant senior center full of activities. June 2, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThis is a great place to live. I love sitting out on the balcony with my morning cup of tea or at night listening to the frogs and such out by the water. Pool is a wonderful place to get my daily laps in. I have not used the fitness center but have heard good things about it. They hold community events like bbqs, bingo, paint nights and yard sales among other various things throughout the year. And have a holiday meal in December. All of the staff is friendly and quick to respond to any ...issue one might have. Deedee, Erica, Rodney and Charlie. They know everyone and talk to you when you are just taking a walk or swimming in the pool not just when there is an issue. I am very happy that I picked here to live back in 2019. Quiet and worth the $$
February 21, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI’m not sure with everyone else’s experience but my experience was good. I moved during COVID and De De and Anastasia were really sweet and helpful. Everytime I had an issue (which was rare) maintenance came and fixed it quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and the police drive out here atleast once a week. The only issue I had was people not cleaning up their dogs poop. It was annoying cause the neighborhood supplies areas for dogs (definitely pet friendly). The rent is reasonable and the ...amenities were good even though I worked a lot, it was still nice to have them included. Parking was good too, I rarely parked far from my apartment. For the price and what you get (I had a 1B, 1B w/ washer and dryer included) I was satisfied and it felt like home.Read More

They don't tell you that there is a mandatory "supply" fee of $42 a month on top of your actual usage. Why they don't cover the supply fee is beyond me. Marti in the office is a nice lady but don't expect her to take care of any issues once you move in. The place is noisy, people are inconsiderate, black mold issues that they actually walk around and spray bleach on #doesn't work by the way#, and your packages can ...no longer be left on your doorstep because someone is walking around stealing them! If you want to check it out for yourself come on over and ask actual residents what their water bills are per month.Read More

March 19, 2014 - Review from Apartments.comTook the time to go and visit this apartment just to check it out since I could not get in contact with anyone in the office sent 3-4 emails and 1 phone call and no response. When we got there we did not even get out of the car just turned around and went home. The pictures on the internet gave a lot better picture of the apts and we were disappointed when we actually saw them. As you can tell we would not consider moving there.
