February 3, 2023They will tow your car then charge you $500 to get it back. I'm a tenant here and came out to go to work, then, Surprise! No car. So I missed 2 days of work then $500 to Mitchell's towing, who only accepts cash. I'm sure that's legit...Property Manager Responded

Hate this place
November 3, 2018This place is liars and they told me that I would make enough (me and my family) to rent so we spent another $30 on another application fee to get someone else added and then they came right back around and tell us after we spent the extra money and said we didn’t make enough and didn’t give us the money back for their wrong doingProperty Manager Responded

Please note that a definite answer cannot be given unless an application has been fully processed which requires each applicant to pay an application fee. While meeting the income requirements is a part of the application process, income alone is not the only deciding factor in processing an application. We cannot process an application without an application fee and do not refund the application fee when an applicant is declined. I hope this information is helpful.

August 13, 2015i live in frontier apartments in roanoke va . i love the area is has so far been a safe place for me and my two daughters, the apartment itself is nice. the location is great im near a cvs, walmart. food lion and other store. the apartment complex is well maintained. the maintance staff is very efficent when you need them. it is very quiet place ' it has a very nice pool area which is kept very clean and it's safe for the kids . most of all the office management is wonderful they let me and my ...daughters have an aparrtment with me having bad credit and they working with me because i lost my job at hsn, so i feel very bless to have found frontier apartment MS.
