Fantastic living experience

Fantastic Living Experience with Amazing Staff and Outdoor Space
July 21, 2025We lived at Fuse Cambridge for a year and a half, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the start, the leasing office staff were welcoming, professional, and always eager to help. Every interaction felt genuine, and I always appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. One of the biggest highlights of living at Fuse Cambridge was the phenomenal backyard area with the pond. It’s beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfect for a morning or evening walk—especially if you have a dog. ...It quickly became one of my favorite spots and added so much to my daily routine. The maintenance team deserves special recognition. They were always friendly, respectful, and incredibly responsive. Every maintenance request was handled quickly and with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find a team that’s both professional and kind, and they truly made a difference in my experience. The building and amenities are consistently clean and well-managed, and the entire property has a calm, welcoming feel. I always felt safe and well cared for during my time there. If you're looking for a well-located, modern apartment with exceptional staff and fantastic outdoor space, I can’t recommend Fuse Cambridge enough. Good Luxury Apartments closest to the Red Line
April 27, 2025The Management, move-in and move-out process were hassle free. They were also quick to respond on any Maintenance requests. The place also comes with closed garage parking spots and in-unit laundry. The only cons - Rent is slightly higher for the square footage, and some of the apartment unit layouts could have been better. For instance, the room doors inside the unit don't have locks on them, except for the main door and the bathrooms. This won't be very ideal for bachelor roommates expecting a ...lot more privacy, but a decent option for an entire Family looking for housing.Property Manager Responded

Has really gone downhill
September 26, 2024We recently moved out after 8 years at Fuse. The general attitude of the other residents have become more entitled and rude over our time there. People leave trash and personal belongings in the hallways 24/7. The tipping point was new upstairs neighbors that constantly made pounding, banging noises (and I mean ALL day). We could actually feel the vibrations! They said it was their child, but there were definitely adult footsteps in the mix. I have never experienced anything like this at Fuse or ...any other apartment in which I have lived. We spoke to the management on three separate occasions, and nothing changed. Rug requirements may help with this type of situation in the future. Nothing is done to stop the spoiled attitude of bad-behaving residents, making living there miserable for good residents. The periodic emails requesting people to stop behaving certain ways does nothing if there are never consequences.Property Manager Responded

Nature reserve is the only reason to live here
July 25, 2023Having lived here now for over a year, here are the pros and cons (TLDR: more cons): Pros (1) Staff are friendly. (2) Appliances are nice. Apartment feels up-to-date and nothing breaks consistently. (3) The nature reserve behind the building is the BEST. (4) Fairly quiet -- I've never had a noise complaint. (5) Gym is nice. Cons (1) No package system. They have lockers, but they are not used consistently. You need to check one of five places around the lobby any time you might have a package. ...The staff have no responsibility over the packages, so they won't even tell you if something arrives. (And have no way to help you if something goes missing.) (2) No place for food deliveries. Everything gets put on the floor in the entry way to the lobby. They used to have a table, but moved it to the inside, so you need a key to access it. They've refused (inexplicably) to move the table back. (3) The elevators are SO SLOW. And sometimes they move, but don't reopen their doors--you have to repress the button on your floor for the doors to open. At one point, their certifications were expired for over 6 months, so I don't know if it's a safety issue. (4) The trash chute is often broken. The sorter--the machine advertises as allowing you to pick whether it's recyclable or trash--has been broken the entire time I've lived here and they've made no effort to fix it. (5) There is a lot of trash outside the building that just gets left there until it blows away. Same for vomit / liquid messes. No one cleans the outside area. And since the large trash bins are left open outside, lots of stuff blows out of them into the street and landscaping. (But the inside of the building is very clean and the cleaning staff are wonderful.) (6) Just very expensive. And you get very little ongoing service in that price. You're mostly paying for location. This place fits our needs because we like the nature reserve. But if this building was located anywhere else, I would move.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Pretty + welcoming!
April 16, 2023The location is incredible with the Alewife red line station + minuteman bike path within close walking distance, plus the alewife reservation in your background. The apartments are super functional with nice cupboards + kitchens. And the staff is always super lovely + welcoming + helpful (particularly Sarah at the front desk, and also the maintenance staff).
