My lease
January 2, 2026Been here two months and can’t wait til the lease is up! Bad homeless problem right outside the main door. Have photos of homeless men sleeping in vestibule. Heat is free but barely works! Neighbors are loud and walls are paper thin. Not worth the money or headache. Also no amenities. Just save your $ and go elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
Great neighbors and Location
May 22, 2018Pros: The price, location and people in the building. Everything else sucks. Our windows are chalked shut due to lead. The front lobby if you can call it that floods every year and smells of mold. We have gone weeks with out air... every single year and always on the hottest days of the year. We also have gone days with out hot water. But the worst part of living here is the club Anxex next door. If you are looking at a 01 or 02 on floors 2-6 you will be able to feel the club in your apartment. ...It gets so bad my hanging glasses clink together. This isnt just the weekend but also random week days. The best part is stepping over the club goers vomit in the morning to get out of building.Property Manager Responded

Nobody answers phone or shows up.
April 15, 2016I have called everyday at different times, left voicemails several time leaving my contact information, and sent multiple emails. None of them were answered or returned. I stopped at the apartment several times to speak with someone and nobody is there. It looks closed every time i stop by. Very unprofessional.Property Manager Responded

Terrible management.
April 10, 2016Set up an appointment for a tour. Arrived at building, waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. Communication was through email. Never answered their phone. Called and emailed again before we left. It has been 2 weeks and neither was returned. Cannot comment on apartment itself because we never were able to see it. Based on the comment below mine and my experience, even if the apartment is nice, not worth it if you can never get in touch with management.Property Manager Responded
