Horrible place to rent. Apartment was a mess when moved in. Mold in the bathroom vents. Stove stunk, dishwasher was broke. Horrible turn around with maintenance. Look elsewhere. Might be the cheapest rent but the quality is horrible. Lied about carpets being scrubbed. Took weeks to get the smell out as well.

Noisy neighbors! only been here for five months and the landlord expects me to move again! this time into the Noisy guys apt?! Apartment flooded in July. I had to THROW everything from my living room into spare room! limited to one room with blasting heaters in my apt. No discount on HIS FLOODED apt house! nope! raised rent! Per him, the apt flooded in past and he never disclosed during lease signing!
one word... he does not care about you, just get your RAISED rent in his hands on the ...
first!Noisy neighbor with kid, landlord EXPECTS me to swap apartment because the other guy violates the lease!
