Disgusting property
July 24, 2019I've lived here for about six months and I wish I had never moved in. Again as the last reviewer said NO AIR and it has never worked since i've lived here. Heat also went out constantly when it was colder and I did not have hot water for a month. Police constantly here for the apartment above mine and they are loud as hell and since walls are thin you can hear everything.Another friend of mine has black mold growing all over her apartment. This place is just gross and again they seem more ...concerned about working on empty apartments. Also my sliding glass door POURS water into my apartment whenever it rains so I'm sure there is probably black mold inside my walls too. Seems like everyone else has this problem and their doors leak all the time too so I imagine this whole property is filled with black mold in every building. I will not be renew my lease and would warn anyone thinking of renting to go somewhere else. Also again like the last reviewer said pool has never been open since I've been here so why is it advertised. property not well kept and it just seems like everybody has the same issues and they can't fix them.Property Manager Responded

Weak maintenance
July 1, 2019No air and I’ve lived here with my husband since last year. We moved here back in February 2018. No AC, NO pool, bad basketball hoop, trashy yards, junky play ground. They fix empty apartments before ones being lived in! The new owners are better than the last but still NO AC AND NO POOL. I have health issues but it hasn’t got them on the ball to fix my air. We wouldn’t have moved here if we knew the air and the pool was broken.Property Manager Responded

May 30, 2018Have been here a few months, the apartment was filthy, don't change toliet seats, air conditioning has stop working 6 day's now not even a retun phone call the nice apartment they show is nothing like what you get....Review from Apartments.com
