Apartments have poor insulation and has no ventilation. The only Ac is a downstairs wall unit and is basically covered 30% by a wall. The upstairs gets so hot that you don’t want to use the restroom or sleep there. There is also poor pest control. Parking is horrible for guests. They also don’t let you park head out. Supposedly because they want to see your tags, but plenty of cars have expired tags and don’t move. Some of the washers have been broken for several months now. They make the ...
