Move-in process was painless.
February 24, 2021Move-in process was painless, the office staff was great got viewed an apartment and placed the application and was approved all in the same day. Move-in day came and again painless, the apartment was ready and was exactly like the model. Had a couple maintenance issues come up and they were there with in 24 hrs to take care of them.Property Manager Responded

February 6, 2019I have lived in Gable Hill over a year and just transferred my lease to a one bedroom from a two. Chip made the process very easy for me and he is very helpful. Office staff overall has great customer service! Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. No issues in the neighborhood. Safe place! 4 stars instead of 5 because the amenities aren't all that.Review from Apartments.com

Infested
February 23, 2017The apartment buildings are infested with roaches. I don't know if it is complex wide, however I visited one apartment and saw a roach on the ceiling. Informed the office of the problem and asked for an apartment in another building. Initially upon move in not bugs were noted, however within 48 hours the battle began and it has not stopped. Pest control has come multiple times to no avail. I have gone so far as using all disposable items taking the trash out daily and not even cooking in my own ...home to try and get rid of these things. I am not a nasty individual by any means and have not experienced anything like this in my life. Management seems unbothered by the issue. Please do not move here!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Price is great
July 24, 2015You get what you pay for. :) The apartments are spacious and roomy. The rent isn't an arm and a leg. It is affordable. It's in a great location right off major highways. In the two bedroom, which is what I have. The closets in each room are walk-in and offer plenty o space. There is a fireplace in each apartment which is a great feature. The staff is excellent as well.Review from Apartments.com
