interior is akin to living in a 1980’s home most of the lighting is switched outlets. The bathroom ceiling fans are not properly rated to circulate air when the shower is steaming so there is constant mold/mildew issues inside many of the apartments bathrooms and near the exterior windows they are also single pane so your hear everything outside and vice versa. parking is strictly monitored. When they add value onto the property thru solar/EV/paint they do the honest thing and just tack it onto your rent every year, without any changes at all to your quality of living. Parking spaces are very narrow and often times your vehicle will be dinged/scratched by your neighbors getting in and out of their vehicles. There is a mandatory fee for valet trash that is tacked onto your rent even if you do not use it. Gables does assign parking to you upon rental agreement for free, however they will threaten to tow you should you be on vacation/traveling for more than 3 days.
