May 17, 2025I’ve loved living at Gables Boca Place! It is a quiet and peaceful property. The staff is very friendly and always welcoming. The units are a decent size and include outside storage, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. I wish there were more amenities on the property (there is a pool and a very small gym). October 30, 2023This is a really pretty community! Lots of people out and about, everyone is friendly. Unfortunately when I moved in, the dryer wasn’t functioning correctly and it took about a month and 6 different maintenance visits, being told it was fixed and still not working, for our dryer to finally work. There was also a really bad ant problem in the apartment and it took at least a week and a half of living the ant apocalypse before pest control showed up.
