    It’s been a great experience these last 4 years. I think the building is very quiet and respectful. Parking however can be a challenge. But there’s ample of parking available.

    Gables Century Center has been a great community to reside in. The neighbors are nice, friendly, and the staff is helpful. Most of all the maintenance team is lightning fast when it comes to any problems you may encounter in your home. Overall the stay has been good.

    I've been here for almost 4 years and the location is great for my job and everyday necessities. I like the additions of the the keyless entry and additional features in the home. Maintenance is great and quick to respond.

    The facilities are nice, the apartments are nice, the maintenance staff is nice and on time, and the leasing office staff is nice and generally qualified. My one ongoing complaint is the amount of dog poop that the dog owners keep leaving behind. It's pretty disgusting to come back to the apartment with dog poop on your shoe because someone let their dog poop in the middle of the walkway. But given how responsive management has been, I suspect this will be fixed sooner rather than later.

    I've been living here since 2020. A few things have been updated over the few years I've lived here so that's nice. It's a safe community. I have not personally had any issues in terms of safety. The maintenance team is amazing and they are always on time. The leasing office does a good job in terms of communication. It's been a good experience so far!

    No complaints. Apartment and community is nice and the workers here are super friendly and informative. Any maintenance request I’ve submitted was addressed quickly and done well so I was never unsatisfied!

    Unprofessional staff who dont really care about residents. It takes days to hear back from them and walking into the office always feels like youre bothering them based on how they interact.

    For the most part, I’ve had a great experience here. Minimal noise from neighbors, no issues with car parking or the garage or any of the community amenities. The hallways could be a bit cleaner, and there have been some transitional issues with the SmartHome technology, but I anticipate these will be addressed sometime soon. Otherwise, I’m quite happy with my apartment and living experience.

    Love the apartment! It’s beautiful and well maintained and the facilities are great! Only complaint is the mail room, as we’ve had issues with packages going missing!
