The property is simply not being managed properly. The Elevators have not been functioning properly for over a year. The pool has been out of service for over 3 years. The garage lighting is very poor and it hasn’t been cleaned for several years. The sidewalk and flower beds in the North side of the building are not being maintained. There is no location provided for large packages and lack of significant signage and emails notifications directing delivery companies. The lack of a secure locker ...
area has caused many ongoing thefts. Common are HVAC units are not working in several locations. The building has several code violations. The Apartment lighting is very poor and inadequate.

Security in the building is really bad - building entrances don’t lock and never get repaired despite multiple maintenance requests to fix them, and packages are stolen daily from the four building lobbies and delivery lockers that were placed in an outdoor unsecured location. The pool has been shut down since a month after I moved in and that was 3 years ago. The gym has machines that are decades old and half of them don’t work. And the East tower offers short-term furnished rentals so those ...
“tenants” treat the building like a hotel and trash it. Potential future renters - beware before you sign your lease.

The building is old and the bare minimum has been invested to maintain it. So expect constant water leaks in hallways, elevators out of order, fire alarms going off at inconvenient hours, and there has been no pool for years.

My AC got serviced the same day, and 2 days later I get super scared when it caused an electrical surge and burning smell. Today I hear of another leak in another area of the building. I wouldn’t doubt if there was mold in the walls of this building everywhere with all these leaks. Concerning.
