Underwhelming and not safe
May 26, 2025Rented for four years and know renters still there. 1. Security is a joke. Gate is always open during the day and the guards they hire at night are rarely there leaving the gate wide open. While living there, there were many car burglarized at night, cars stolen, a murder and an attempted murder. 2. The lake has never been manicured and year over year the vegetation grows. The lake is also a huge source of mosquitoes and lake flies making it unbearable to be outside at times. They should ...treat the lake for these pest and cut down the swamp vegetation. 3. December 25, 2023Some of the neighbors are extremely noisy and loud and have no consideration for people around them. Office try’s to help the best they can.
