    Rented for four years and know renters still there. 1. Security is a joke. Gate is always open during the day and the guards they hire at night are rarely there leaving the gate wide open. While living there, there were many car burglarized at night, cars stolen, a murder and an attempted murder. 2. The lake has never been manicured and year over year the vegetation grows. The lake is also a huge source of mosquitoes and lake flies making it unbearable to be outside at times. They should ...

    It’s been great. Tenants for three years we upgraded to a two bedroom with a garage. Love the space and neighborhood it’s always clean and pretty

    It has been really great. Can't say less about it. The community has been welcoming and the office agents have help in everything. I just wish there were community gatherings but overall it has been a nice stay.

    Some of the neighbors are extremely noisy and loud and have no consideration for people around them. Office try’s to help the best they can. The maintenance people will use stuff of yours you bought instead of bringing there own air filter which is supposed to be free change

    Nice apartments with awesome amenities. Pretty man made lake and little trail to walk around. Mostly quiet atmosphere! Apartment tend to attract ants though, maybe need to be bug sprayed inside.

    Living here is great, it’s beautiful, safe, quiet. I love my apartment, view, the greenery, pool and all the walking areas. The gym is also great.

    Been here 2 years and love it. Great community. Maintenance is always quick to come out. 2 nice pools. A Great Lake to walk the dogs around.

    I love the neighborhood and friendly community. It is very family, couples, and pet friendly. Beautiful lake with lots of walking areas/sidewalks. We enjoy our townhouse style apartment and have enjoyed our experience living here so far!

    The community is beautiful and safe. Maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner. I like how their is pest control and I don't have to worry about a bug problem.
