Rented for four years and know renters still there.
1. Security is a joke. Gate is always open during the day and the guards they hire at night are rarely there leaving the gate wide open. While living there, there were many car burglarized at night, cars stolen, a murder and an attempted murder.
2. The lake has never been manicured and year over year the vegetation grows. The lake is also a huge source of mosquitoes and lake flies making it unbearable to be outside at times. They should ...
treat the lake for these pest and cut down the swamp vegetation.
3. People racing at night around the lake is also a problem with a crash this past week.
4. Rent went up by 20% after my first year

Some of the neighbors are extremely noisy and loud and have no consideration for people around them. Office try’s to help the best they can. The maintenance people will use stuff of yours you bought instead of bringing there own air filter which is supposed to be free change
