Make sure you ask to see the actual apartment they are offering you! The apartments look nothing like the model. That refuse to replace carpet. They continue to “stretch” and shampoo it. It’s the most embarrassing thing ever, to have worn abs unfit carpet. They charge an arm and a leg to “glaze” the tub when all they do is paint it. The jacuzzi seems as if it never serviced. The gym is nice but is never cleaned. There’s no sanitizer spray or paper towels in the gym ever. They leave the gates open ...
and hardley ever wash the halls.

My experience here has been very good, in January it will be 1 year living here now and it has been great. I wish the Gym was a little bigger and that it had like boxing area other then that is good, my dog is happy and so is my family.

I have absolutely loved living here! Although till be leaving in 2024 the last 3 (almost 4) years have been great.
You have the occasional headaches from someone parking in your assigned space but most other issues if brought up to management are handled promptly.

I have lived here for almost a year. This is such a clean property and the staff is so nice and welcoming. The staff remembers your name. Love when they have little events here like the food truck, or when they had the sign up for the solar energy. Would recommend to friends or family if they were looking for an apartment.

Our experience here has overall been pretty well. Whenever we have a maintenance issue they are quick to resolve the problem, the neighborhood is friendly, and it’s nice to see kids out playing. Parking can be a little rough if you have more than 1 vehicle
