May 24, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comMake sure you ask to see the actual apartment they are offering you! The apartments look nothing like the model. That refuse to replace carpet. They continue to “stretch” and shampoo it. It’s the most embarrassing thing ever, to have worn abs unfit carpet. They charge an arm and a leg to “glaze” the tub when all they do is paint it. The jacuzzi seems as if it never serviced. The gym is nice but is never cleaned. There’s no sanitizer spray or paper towels in the gym ever. They leave the gates open ...and hardley ever wash the halls.Read More

Whenever we have a maintenance issue they are quick to resolve the problem, the neighborhood is friendly, and it’s nice to see kids out playing.
