Parking not great and dog poop all over but otherwise a nice place to live. The surrounding area has everything and the apartments are very nice. Pool nice and in general a good place.

Great location , great amenities, great maintenance and office staff . Maintenance always ASAP when called for an after hour emergency . Been living here since 2002 love it here . Renewal lease rates extremely high every year only downfall .

I have only been living here for a few months. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is great as well. My only complaint is we had a work order upon move in and it has not been taken care of yet. Other than that I hope to live here for the next few years.

Great community and location! Excellent customer service and great place to live. When searching for a new place to live. We had visited several communities in the Boca Raton area. Gable Palma Vista was very welcoming.

I lover everything about this place I just had some move in hiccups and still don’t understand how to work the gate code thingy. Otherwise the amenities are all so clean and well kept and it’s pretty peaceful here

Unfortunately, the Management admin team is tough to work with. I have beening waiting for my move-in date for over a two weeks now, and I keep getting contradicting information from the office. It is very frustrating, especially when you need to to manage the movers, work, and kids at the same time.

Here a long time and for the most other than the horrible guest parking situation and dog poop not picked up all over I have been happy. The maintenance is always friendly and easy to pay my rent with the app
