November 28, 2023This is a wonderful place to live. The office staff is extremely kind, friendly and loves animals. The maintenance staff is the best in the business. If there is an emergency at 2am in a Sunday, maintenance will be there to fix it. The grounds are kept extremely clean and near. Would definitely recommend living here. My wife and I have lived here for 3 years and we’re already planning on renewing for a 4th.Review from Apartments.com

November 15, 2023My experience has been extremely positive. The maintenance crew is outstanding and when issues have arisen they are there first thing the next morning to resolve. I have resided at another Gables property and this is lights out in my humble opinion above the other location. October 17, 2023I really hate to leave a bad review as the workers are very nice, but unfortunately a huge factor of moving into this community was due to EV charging which is an advertised amenity on their website. It’s been a nightmare as the ev chargers seem to be unavailable a lot. Also they implement a “parking fee” to use it on top of electricity cost, but there is no parking fees on the leasing contract. The parking fee makes it cost $13+ to charge the car. It is absolutely crazy that you need to pay ...a parking fee to charge your car, WHEN the chargers are working. I have tried MULTIPLE times contacting corporate as they run it, but they will ignore your emails and not respond to you at all. The leasing people at the complex know fully well that they are not responsive at all. Corporate will NOT call you back, respond to emails, or care about your lease agreement. It is absolutely preposterous and VERY unprofessional the way they treat the tenants. I haven’t talked to ONE person from the corporate office located in Atlanta. The amount of warnings I gave before this review is ridiculous. They had a month to rectify this issue, yet I haven’t heard one word back from corporate. If you have an EV or considering getting an EV, steer clear of any Gables management properties.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 10, 2023Such a quiet safe welcoming residential area to call home .All residents are respectful of each other at all times .The grounds are emmaculatly kept at all times .The apts are quaint designed beautifully architecturally thought out and comfortable .Appliciances are state of the art and always in working condition .We have keyless entry amenities which is a huge plus . .Along with remote light fixtures and AC unit .Which makes life easier .The pool is always welcoming well kept as is the common ...area to enjoy barbecues with family and friends . .Pool house restrooms always sanitary .Walkways surround the property to stroll in the evenings or enjoy a stroll with your pets . .Stations along the paths to suit the sanitary needs .There is WiFi by pool along with a kitchen , refrigerator and stove for outside entertainment .The apts inside are always soundproof .Living here is a found gem nestled in privacyRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 28, 2023This is a wonderful place to live. Everything is very clean. From the apartments to the grounds. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The office staff goes out of their way to say hi and even knows your kids names and asks how they’re doing. The maintenance staff is the best around. Very friendly and clean and helpful.
