Great until you try and move
June 4, 2025I’m still trying too move out and they just ignore you and keep charging you rent, the only way I can get ahold of anyone is to get a Lyft back down there and talk to them in person if you’re handicapped they will happily take advantage of you. November 17, 2024The building is a wood- build, you can hear everyone walking around all the time, especially when someone stomps around their apartment. Vinyl plank floors add to the noises. The walls are paper-thin, you can hear your neighbors sneezing, coughing, and talking. There's no sense of peace and quiet while you live here. Don't be fooled by the high ceilings, it's a scam. October 10, 2023The longer I live here the more I love it. They do a wonderful job maintaining the grounds and common areas including carpet and paint in the hallways. Office staff and maintenance crew are friendly and responsive. Proximity to shops and restaurants make me feel like I’m at a resort on vacation.
