Excellent Community
November 1, 2023I just renewed my lease at this apartment complex, and honestly this has been the most awesome experience I've ever had. Getting in was fairly an easy process and the front office is very communicative, especially when it comes to construction going on and how to avoid towing. Neighbors are polite and for the most part quiet. I haven't had any abnormal issues or surprises within my unit either, appliances were new but not an updated unit and you would've thought it was an updated unit. If ...you're planning on living by yourself, with a roommate, or if you have a small family, this would be the place for you. The bonus is that you're literally next to everything! September 6, 2023I love my townhouse it’s very spacious and met all my expectations for my new home . From the new appliances to the additional perks such as the swimming pool that Galbraithpointe had to offer . Maintenance team are quick to respond at needed request. Nice location
July 11, 2023The location is nice but pricey. While I can appreciate the upgrades and aesthetics, it’s been a challenge keeping up with the inconsistencies within the leasing office over the years that I’ve lived here. I’ve been “misinformed” multiple times about “policy” changes and I always have to email/call multiple times to get through and speak with someone. The staff can sometimes be rude and unprofessional. Nice and Quiet
November 15, 2021This is a good property to live at. I just fill that the rent is over priced for an apartment. Although remolded. Some things are still lacking. I have noticed that where they put new carpet it is still a dip in the floor. When we moved it it was unfinished dry wall and had some grout in the sockets. I did tell maintenance and that was taken care of and came and fixed a few cabinets that was rubbing against the wall. Over all very quiet, and good family place to live.Property Manager Responded

They try to charge you rent if you don’t renew your lease again
April 28, 2021Location alright, stores within walking distance but property management changes frequently, removed basketball court, and charges over security deposit and extra rent after moving out. Increase rent every year until you cannot afford to live there anymore.Property Manager Responded
