moving out process
December 8, 2023We had a good stay at Chandler Park, although there was some usual noise from neighbors walking around in the apartment complex. However, we were disappointed with the move-out process, which led us to leave a negative review. We left the apartment in excellent condition and even reviewed the move-out checklist with the staff before leaving. Given that we had only lived there for 9 months, there were no major issues. Yet, when we returned the keys and completed the move-out process, we were ...presented with a list of damages worth $250, which included damaged blinds and a door handle that we were not aware of. We requested an itemized list of the prices, but they were unable to provide one. It's sad and disappointing that complexes can treat residents this way, even when they have taken all necessary steps to ensure a smooth move-out process.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

I Chandler Park!
February 26, 2021This TRULY is the most wonderful place to live! All of the staff is incredible, and go above and beyond for the community. I am so blessed to be a part of it! When there was a horrible ice/snow storm, they offered to come and pick up everyone’s trash and take it to the trash compactor. A lot of people were unable to move their vehicles during that time, so that was a HUGE gift! They also offered to make trips to the store to pick up any items that people needed. I don’t know anywhere else that ...would do that. They plan community events, resident appreciations, and always have a wonderful variety of food trucks. We LOVE our new apartment!
February 5, 2021The layout is nice and everything is new. The best part is the model apartment we were shown is the same as what we moved into. The staff is great and responds quickly to questions and requests. The property is well kept and clean with beautiful landscaping. The complex is quiet, I barely hear anything outside from the apartment day or night. The location is perfect for Vol State students and convenient to everything we need, plus right off the interstate coming to and from Nashville. March 24, 2020We love our complex but we’ve had a couple issues. Our smoke alarm kept going off and the maintenance all they told us to do was take it down. And dogs, people don’t pick up the dog waste which is kind of annoying. The staff is always extremely helpful. I highly recommend you look into renting here. Not a negative thing to say about it at all. Close to all the shopping you need.
