Toured so many others that we found online, but drove past this one after the others disappointed and applied the same day we toured. The management team is responsive and approachable, always willing to address any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. The amenities provided, such as gym, pool, or common areas, are well-maintained and a great addition to the community. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation, shopping, and dining options. However, one area that could use improvement is ...the cleanliness of the outdoor greenery spaces, as pet owners do not always clean up after their pets. It would be helpful if there were additional measures in place to ensure these areas remain tidy. November 11, 2024Horrible community to live in. We wish we never moved in. Rent is crazy high so they can play in your face 24/7. Everything is broken and dirty. Maintenance will make you feel unsafe. Electronic locks so you can never actually have a way to keep staff out. Which adds to the fear of someone walking in whenever they feel like it. Our storage key is still nowhere to be found since staff doesn’t know the correct key for it. But they steady put out messages about fines. Sick community.Property Manager Responded
