Excellent staff and maintenance
March 8, 2021They were very nice and informative from my first call after I decided this was were I wanted to live, every call any person that answered was so kind, arranging to look at the apartment that is wonderful layout, explaining the cost and holding the apartment while my house sold, making sure after I moved in that I was happy and to call with any Questions, I needed something fixed and the maintenance man was at my door in 10 minutes I was shocked,made me feel comfortable and quickly fixed it. Great place to call home
December 1, 2020I love my apartment at Gallery Place. The location of the apartments are close to almost everything but far enough away to make you feel like your not in “town.” The grounds are well kept and maintenance is quick to repair any issues. I Love My Apartment
October 22, 2020Gallery Place is the place to live! I recently moved in and I have been very happy with my apartment. It’s very spacious and the layout is perfect. I love my view! I also have been impressed with the office staff and their customer service. They are always friendly and strive to provide excellent service. Absolutely five stars!!
August 13, 2020So, before writing this review, I need to preface it with the fact that, prior to moving here to Gallery Place, I had always been a homeowner, never a renter. And, that I was transferred here to Jackson Michigan, by my employer, from a very high cost of living state. So, my views and opinions on certain things, may be a tad skewed. That being said, even in the initial stages of contact, the leasing agent that I worked with, was nothing short of amazing! She answered every question that I had, ...not only about the community, but renting in general. She explained the lease terms, community guidelines, expectations of me as a tenant, and what I could expect from them as landlords very clearly. And made the entire process virtually seamless! The rest of the office staff are equally as helpful, professional, and even in this current pandemic have gone above and beyond! The same goes for the maintenance staff! The grounds are neat, clean, well manicured, and it seems as though some of the longer term residents even spend their own time and money to add to the landscaping!! I have had three very small maintenance issues since moving in, and all were taken care of promptly, and very professionally by the maintenance staff. The rent is extremely affordable, considering the size of the three bedroom apartment that I am leasing. And the apartment itself is amazingly nice. In all honesty, it really doesn't even feel like an apartment... It truly feels like a home! The location is far enough away from the city that it is quiet, with no traffic noise. Yet is next door to a grocery store, shopping plaza, gas station, and other conveniences. Yet, it is still close enough to town that I can be at work in less than fifteen minutes, and is less than five minutes from both the 127 and 94 freeways. To be honest, the only real complaint I have is parking. The unit that I am leasing does come with an assigned covered parking space, which for some would be a huge bonus. However, my truck is about an inch too tall, and slightly too long to fit under the carport. So, I do find myself sometimes fighting for a space in front of my building. But, even that isn't a detractor in the long run. I would highly recommend Gallery Place to anyone seeking a quiet, friendly, well kept, and convenient location to live, without all of the hassle and added expense of owning a home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 11, 2020Gallery Place Apartments, from their dynamite management & staff members to capacious floor plans & cathedral ceilings, it is the A-1 of Apartments in Jackson. In my experience, staff members here have a friendly & approachable style of customer service, they truly care about what matters to their tenants. I would like to specifically recognize 2 staff members here at Gallery Place: Lora, our Property Manager & Angela, our Leasing Specialist. In my personal experience, these 2 women don’t just ...show up to do a job, they care what happens here & come to work within our community as it’s heartbeat. I have been here for almost 5 years and have no intentions, of leaving, for the above reasons. The entire team here at Gallery Place have made me feel safe and right at home! Trust me... Live Anywhere Except Here
July 16, 2020These would be very nice apartments if not for the office staff. The apartments are spacious, the maintenance guys are great, and you're right next to a Polly's. Unfortunately, its the management (or lack therefore of) which ruins this apartment complex. Don't bother calling them for a maintenance request, because they'll never submit it for you and you'll be stuck wondering why your request was never serviced. Then when you call in to ask for a timeline you're given a 20 minute lecture on why ...your request is not important and while other people's are. All while talking to you as if you have the intelligence of a toddler. But it's not only maintenance requests they fail on. Staff is disorganized. They have lost my packages on more than one occasion, and when requesting copies of my paperwork I found that they do not have the documents I asked for. Then they blamed me, asking if I ever turned in the papers. Luckily I had a copy with one of the staff member's signatures on it. But if you chose to rent here make sure you photograph/copy any paperwork before handing it over! It may be the last time you ever see it and it might come back to haunt you. If you've made it this far, trust me. After they take your money and lock you in a contract you will be treated horrible, and you'll start looking for a new place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
