January 9, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comIt’s a quiet little community with unique amenities like a dog area! They’re pretty responsive about maintenance but there are some things that were done poorly construction wise. (Not maintenances fault though he’s a really cool guy), like vinyl flooring installation. There are multiple gaps in my kitchen flooring that traps everything and warped window sills.
