Never Again
September 2, 2022I was low income when I found this place and desperately needed an apartment. I was thankful I qualified and got the apartment in the first place. However, I think I would have rather have lived in a box. We were under a boil water advisory for 10 months out of the 12 months I stayed there. I know that wasn’t the fault of the apartments themselves, but imagine having to use jugs of water every single time you wanted to brush your teeth or cook food. The water itself was BROWN. I know it was well ...water. I called the office to tell them and their response was “run the cold water for 10 minutes.” I did, and every time I tried to use hot water it immediately turned brown again. It destroyed my hair and left me feeling icky. The residents here are not the greatest. They can and will claim they are you to steal food you have ordered. When you’re spending $40 on a splurge meal after working 50 hours that week just to try and get ahead of bills, it’s disheartening. People are loud and obnoxious there. I won’t be returning. I’m glad I’m fortunate enough to make more money now and am able to afford something nicer, but yall I am telling you that eating nothing but ramen after paying rent is better than staying here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
AC problems -August 2022
August 22, 2022I always had a AC issue from my move in day… Very HOTT month in Louisiana.They didnt accommodate with no window units, they refused to get me one and it TOOK days and days I had no AC. I shouldn’t renewed my lease I want to MOVE but cant afford to break leaseReview from Apartments.com
Horrible
April 25, 2021Kept my deposit because they had a hot water tank in the middle of the master closet and no casing on the water tank . ASHLEY sent me picture of a two bedroom townhouse when i wanted a two bedroom apartment! When i got there i said this is the apartment on the pictures and there’s a hot water heat tank in the master closet with no casing! And to mention i was moving because i had a house fire and the hot water tank started the fire! So my anxiety was through the roof! They refused to give me back ...my deposit even though i never seen the apartment and she sent me the wrong picture $300 wasted!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
