I love this place!!
The building is run by a very kind woman, Olga, who definitely knows how to manage a large unit residence. There are 110 units yet here, yet her approach to keeping things top notch is gentle and fair.
If there are any issues that may arise, she is on top of things asap.
It is VERY VERY well kept and CLEAN, and the grounds alone is worth what you pay in rent!!
There’s beautiful trees and landscaping surrounding the grounds, and several walking trails as well. I highly ...
recommend Garden House to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Look no further!
We even have a workout room in the building, water fountain, and gathering place as you enter the front doors. And most importantly, it is very secure.
I’ve heard some people have lived here 25+ years, which I don’t find hard to believe at all everyone is pretty friendly and I’ve made some very good friends along the way.
You can have your privacy, yet socialize when you feel like it. We also have laundry facilities on the premises.
I can go on and on but I think you guessed by now how much I recommend the Garden House of Park Forest!

I love this apartment and i am looking forward to moving in soon. I applied in May for an apartment because it has everything that i would like to have including free heat and transportation. Where i live now in Richton Park i am restricted due to a lack of transportation and i feel trapped. With this place i have a huge apartment , huge closets and transportation. I love this apartment.
