My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with high-quality ...appliances and plenty of natural light. One of my favorite features is the community amenities. The pool area is perfect for relaxing on sunny days, and the fitness center is well-equipped for all my workout needs. Parking can be a pain depending on what side you live on! The cabana/office hosts a monthly community event for the residents. The pool and hot tub have been a deal breaker! August 14, 2015The name of the apartment complex is Garden Pointe Apartments. I have lived on the complex for twenty years. There is both one and two bedroom apartments. The one bedrooms are 700 square feet. , and The top floors have cathedral ceilings, and full fireplace. Each apartment has a full size washer and dryer, also a dishwasher. Pets are welcome. Close to schools, grocery stores, and minutes to downtown...Property Manager Responded
