Quick and painless application process! Staff is quick to respond and set up a tour. Communication between staff and tenants is reliable and ongoing! Maintenance does quality work! Parking can be a pain depending
on what side you live on! The cabana/office hosts a monthly community event for the residents. The pool and hot tub have been a deal breaker! Respectable and fair staff! Family friendly complex!

The name of the apartment complex is Garden Pointe Apartments. I have lived on the complex for twenty years. There is both one and two bedroom apartments. The one bedrooms are 700 square feet. , and The top floors have cathedral ceilings, and full fireplace. Each apartment has a full size washer and dryer, also a dishwasher. Pets are welcome.
