March 3, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is straight up trash. The amount of outside residents allowed to just hang out on the property being loud, obnoxious, annoying and rude is just embarrassing. Security is afraid of them. They do NOTHING!

October 1, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment is really nice; nice floors, good paint job, lots of closets, spacious living room. The hallways are nice and clean as well. The problem here are the living conditions. I didn't listen to the other reviews and thought I could live with the noise. I regret it and now I'm stuck with this lease. I've been here for a few months and according to the other residents they say it gets better when it's cold outside. Maybe that will make it livable until I leave. It's constantly noisy ...everywhere at all times, day and night. It's such an inconvenience to me. My job is really early. Please read the reviews and reconsider moving here. I HIGHLY regret it.Read More

There are people hanging out in the lobby or right in front of the building which is inconsiderate and inconvenient. Security does not do their job. Google up murder on property. Apartments smell like chain smokers even though it's supposedly smoke free. People don't understand the meaning of a garbage can. Dog ? all over the parking lot but supposedly no pets allowed. Barking all hours ...of the night. No point of telling anyone because nothing gets done. Can't wait to move soon.Read More

October 4, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThis place looks much better. Wow! Unfortunately, you can't fully upgrade without getting rid of some of the troubling residents. From children running the halls, to people congregating around the area, cars blocking the entrance by double parking, music blasting at all hours of the night, people yelling, screaming and fighting at all hours of the night(outside and inside), doors slamming, people yelling in the hallways, smoke odors (cigarettes and weed and who knows what else), no one wears a ...mask, double park traffic up and down the street, food truck outside that keeps the noise well into the early morning hours(2AM) and that's just what I witnessed when I stayed over at my friend's for the weekend. Insane! I asked her how does she even sleep? She said, "She doesn't." Her children can't even fall asleep at a reasonable time. Maybe no one works or goes to school or they just don't care. It's a shame too because the building is beautiful and so are the apartments. I hope my friend can find a peaceful place with considerate neighbors.Read More

October 14, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comPainting the walls, replacing the floors and giving new appliances does not improve living conditions 100%. Once the crack odors, marijuana smoke and cigarette smells go away permanently then can the environment be much better. It's difficult visiting my family member who has to still live in these conditions.

Big explosion caused by major renovations being done by management while tenants still occupy the apartments. October 22, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThe pictures on the website is a mockup of what they anticipate the apts looking like once the renovations are done. This us the WORST place to live. The are mice, roaches and all types of other bugs. There's mold on the walls. Very little heat during the winter & sporadic hot water. People hang in front of the buildings and urinate in the hallways. I would give the rating a zero if I could.
