About Gardenbrook

Gardenbrook Apartment Homes is located in a secluded area of the Lakebottom Historic area, about five minutes from everywhere. The property has a large, sparkling swimming pool. There is a laundry facility with a folding table complete with a drink machine. Our maintenance is on call 24 hours for any emergencies, and we have a courtesy officer on duty. Do not move here the maintenance men are LAZY ! There is never pest control that comes out we had pest control the first week we moved in after that I haven’t seen anyone spray since . The water is always cut off in the morning for fixing . The air is always going out and they take two days to come . The walls are thin , you can hear everyone’s conversation in the next house it sounds as if there I’m your house . I very much dislike these and will never move here again .

Since moving in the staff here has been outstanding at addressing the minor issues that have came up. It has been impressive with the speed and professionalism that any concern I have had has been handled. The complex is impeccably clean and easily accessible. It is much quieter than I expected.
